Reservation Policy
We prefer that reservations are made by calling Buckhorn Resort. Online
reservations are available through Booking.com. All reservations will be
guaranteed by credit card. No fee will be incurred if a reservation is cancelled
prior to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival (charges may apply for online
bookings). Payment for lodging is due in full upon arrival and can be made via
cash or credit card.
Confirmation of reservations may be requested via email to
lifeisgood@buckhornresort.com. Please include the name the reservation is
made under and the dates of stay.

Policies listed on this page are specific to in-person and phone reservations. For reservations made online,
please see the specific policies listed on booking.com.
Rebooking for next year
We do not allow reservations beyond one year in advance. This is to give those
staying with us the first opportunity to rebook the same room or lodge for the
same time period for the next year.
If a guest would like to rebook their room or lodge for the following year, they
must do so before 10:00 a.m. on the day of their scheduled check-out.
When a Winter Lodge rental is cancelled with 14 days or MORE notice:

They may choose to rebook for the next year with a non-refundable
rebooking reservation fee of $500 (payable by credit card only). This fee does
not go towards another rental.

This year’s rental is open to another party to rent, but the new party will
not get the opportunity to re-book for the next year.

If they choose to not pay the rebooking fee, the new party who has booked
this year (if applicable) has first right to rebook for next year until their
scheduled check-out time. The reservation is then open up to whoever books
first.

If the lodge is cancelled with LESS than 14 days of notice, they may not have a
chance to re-book until after 10:00am EST on the scheduled check-out day.
